For most orders, we ship using UPS, FEDEX and DHL ground transports for domestic shipments within the 48 contiguous States unless faster delivery is requested prior to shipment. All shipping fees quoted or listed can change without notice as we are not in control of carrier increases. Please make sure to verify shipping fees if you have concerns.
Returned Merchandise Authorization:
If you experience any issues with your item(s) under warranty, please call to let us know so that we can discuss how to help you. Sometimes things that can be solved with a simple call, can save you in shipping charges. We are more than happy to accept back a return for replacement, but would rather see you up and running soon as possible if we can solve prior to return
